力強い味とちょうど良い辛さの、パワフルで大満足の担々麺です。スープは濃厚でパンチがあり、麺に完璧に絡みます。ひき肉が深みを加え、玉子はまずまずでしたが主役ではありません。お店は少し狭く混んでいますが、サービスはてきぱきしています。間違いなく、デュッセルドルフで食べた中でも屈指の一杯です。

A powerful and deeply satisfying tantanmen with bold flavor and just the right amount of spice. The broth was rich and punchy, perfectly coating the noodles. The minced meat added depth, while the egg was decent though not the star. The spot itself is a bit small and busy, but the service is efficient. Easily one of the best bowls I had in Düsseldorf.
