Quick take

A powerful and deeply satisfying tantanmen with bold flavor and just the right amount of spice. The broth was rich and punchy, perfectly coating the noodles. The minced meat added depth, while the egg was decent though not the star. The spot itself is a bit small and busy, but the service is efficient. Easily one of the best bowls I had in Düsseldorf.

Tonkotsu Ramen

A decent tonkotsu with a creamy broth that had good balance but lacked the extra depth found in their other bowls. The chashu was the weakest point—thin and not too memorable—while the noodles and egg were average. Still, with quick service and a reliable broth, it’s a solid option if you’re craving a classic tonkotsu in Düsseldorf.
