A solid Tokyo-style shoyu ramen with a savory, well-rounded broth and excellent noodles. The chashu was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and the highlight of the bowl. The tamago, however, fell short and felt like an afterthought. The restaurant itself is a bit tight and bustling, but the attentive service makes up for it. A very good bowl worth trying in Düsseldorf.

A powerful and deeply satisfying tantanmen with bold flavor and just the right amount of spice. The broth was rich and punchy, perfectly coating the noodles. The minced meat added depth, while the egg was decent though not the star. The spot itself is a bit small and busy, but the service is efficient. Easily one of the best bowls I had in Düsseldorf.
