日本での7杯目のラーメンです！事前にレビューをひとつも見ておらず、たまたま見つけて入ってみただけで、まったく期待していませんでした。それなのに、おそらく今回の旅で一番好きな味噌ラーメンになりました。深く力強いスープ、本物の地元の雰囲気、そして誠実でほっとする仕上がり。チャーシューと玉子は目立ちませんでしたが、全体の体験は忘れられません。期待を裏切らない隠れた名店です。

My seventh ramen in Japan! I walked in with zero expectations—hadn’t seen a single review beforehand, just stumbled upon it and decided to give it a shot. And yet, it turned out to be probably my favorite miso ramen of the whole trip. Deep, powerful broth, an authentic local vibe, and honest, comforting execution. The chashu and tamago weren’t standouts, but the overall experience was unforgettable. A hidden gem that absolutely delivers.
