My seventh ramen in Japan! I walked in with zero expectations—hadn’t seen a single review beforehand, just stumbled upon it and decided to give it a shot. And yet, it turned out to be probably my favorite miso ramen of the whole trip. Deep, powerful broth, an authentic local vibe, and honest, comforting execution. The chashu and tamago weren’t standouts, but the overall experience was unforgettable. A hidden gem that absolutely delivers.
