全体的にしっかりしていて満足できる一杯です。チャーシューは身が締まっていながら風味があり、スープとよく合っていました。麺はやや太めですが、もう少し硬めのほうが歯ごたえが良かったと思います。玉子はよくできていて、特に主役になる要素はないものの、きちんとした美味しいラーメンです。

A solid and satisfying bowl overall. The chashu was firm but flavorful, which worked nicely with the broth. The noodles were on the thicker side, though I would have preferred them a bit firmer for a better bite. Tamago was well executed, and while nothing here completely steals the show, it’s a correct and enjoyable ramen.
