同じお店のラピュタラーメンにとても近いですが、トッピングが違います。揚げネギと青ネギの代わりに、椎茸ともやしが乗っています。実はスープはこちらのほうが少し好みでした。ベースのスープは同じだと思いますが、ラピュタには黒にんにくが入っていて繊細なニュアンスが隠れてしまうのに対し、こちらは味がよりはっきり伝わってきます。

Very similar to the Laputa ramen from the same shop, but with a different set of toppings. Instead of fried leek and scallions, this bowl comes with shiitake and bean sprouts. I actually enjoyed the broth slightly more in this version. I'm quite sure it's the same base broth, but the Laputa includes black garlic which hides some of the subtle nuances, while here the flavors come through more clearly.
