A really unique and satisfying bowl. The dark miso broth has a deep, rich flavor with a nice touch of sweetness and smokiness that isn't overwhelming at all. The noodles have a great chew and soak up the soup perfectly. They also serve a small vegetable juice before the meal to prep your stomach, which is a cool detail. A solid 9 and a must-try if you are in the area.
