Egg Ramen
An absolute bomb of flavor and power. The best part is that you can customize both the regular chili heat and the numbing Sichuan pepper levels separately to fit your taste. The broth is thick, intense, and packed with spices. As for the pork chashu, it's just insane—incredibly tender, fatty, and full of flavor. The nitamago egg was also perfectly gooey inside. A legendary bowl for a reason.

My third ramen in Japan! Bold and tasty broth with top-tier chashu. Tamago was underwhelming, and no menma or kikurage this time. Spinach felt out of place. Still, solid noodles and a well-run spot!

This was my first ramen in my recent trip to Japan. It was a rich broth, creamy and really tasty. Bold flavor, amazing chashu and nori. Tamago could be better, but overall a solid bowl worth the ride.
