Opted for the miso this time, and while it had a bit more flavor than the tonkotsu, it still lacked depth. The noodles were again overcooked, and the bowl didn’t quite deliver the comfort or punch expected from a good miso ramen. A beautifully designed place with great service, but the ramen still has room to grow.
