Opted for the miso this time, and while it had a bit more flavor than the tonkotsu, it still lacked depth. The noodles were again overcooked, and the bowl didn’t quite deliver the comfort or punch expected from a good miso ramen. A beautifully designed place with great service, but the ramen still has room to grow.

Beautiful setting and friendly staff, but the ramen fell short. The broth was light and lacked the richness you'd expect from a proper tonkotsu, and the noodles were unfortunately overcooked. It didn’t feel like a true ramen experience—more style than substance.
