とても美味しく上品な一杯ですが、やはり看板の白湯のほうが好みです。清湯スープは澄んでいて軽くすっきり。まったく違う体験ですが、それでも醤油と鶏の旨みがしっかり詰まっています。麺の茹で加減は完璧で、いつもの素晴らしいチャーシューが乗っています。文句なしの9点。ただ、ここではクリーミーな白湯が今でも一番のお気に入りです。

A really good and refined bowl, though I still prefer their signature paitan version. The chitan broth is clear, light, and clean, offering a completely different experience but still packed with a solid soy sauce and chicken flavor. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and it comes with their usual great chashu on top. A very solid 9, even if the creamy paitan remains my favorite here.
