日本での12杯目（そして最後）のラーメンです！空港の一杯とは思えないほど、意外に上品で力強い鶏ラーメンでした。スープは文句なしに素晴らしく、濃厚で満足感があります。残念ながらチャーシューはおまけのような印象でしたが、玉子と麺はしっかりしていました。日本を離れる前のほろ苦い最後の味で、美味しいラーメンは思いがけない場所で出会えるものだと改めて感じました。

My twelfth (and final) ramen in Japan! A surprisingly refined and intense chicken ramen—especially for an airport bowl. The broth was absolutely outstanding, rich and satisfying. Sadly, the chashu felt like an afterthought, but tamago and noodles were solid. A bittersweet final taste before leaving Japan, and a reminder that good ramen can show up where you least expect it.
