Miso Ramen

Came back to try a different style, and the miso ramen didn’t disappoint. Warm, savory broth with just the right depth. The chashu was tender and flavorful, and the noodles had great texture. A solid follow-up visit—this place really knows what it's doing.

Hattori Hanzo
Paitan Shoyu Ramen
A more classic approach, but no less satisfying. This bowl delivers a rich and velvety chicken-based broth, deepened by aged soy sauce and balanced with dashi. Intense, flavorful, and comforting. The chashu was beautifully seared, and the overall composition—naruto, menma, nori, tamago—felt traditional but elevated. Once again, great service and an atmosphere that transports you straight to Japan, right in the heart of Madrid.

Hattori Hanzo
Paitan Yuzu Shio Ramen
Although the menu calls it a shio ramen, the broth wasn’t particularly clear—but that didn’t stop it from being delicious. The surprising and refreshing yuzu twist gave this rich paitan broth a truly unique and memorable character. The chashu and tamago were well executed, perfectly complementing the dish. Despite being in Madrid, the authentic vibe of the location and the warm, attentive service made it feel like a genuine slice of Japan.
