Quick take

The broth packed a punch—deep, rich, and full of umami, easily the highlight of the bowl. Unfortunately, the toppings didn’t quite live up to it: chashu was just okay, and the tamago lacked flavor. The noodles were average, and while the space was a bit plain, service was quick and attentive. A decent option if you’re craving a powerful miso, but not quite a standout overall.

Tonkotsu Ramen

The ramen arrived quickly and in generous portions, featuring a creamy, well-balanced broth—flavorful without being overly salty. The chashu was the real highlight: tender, abundant, and full of depth. The space is bright and minimalist, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Solid choice for a classic tonkotsu bowl in Barcelona.
