My sixth ramen in Japan! While I truly enjoyed this rich and flavorful miso ramen, I can’t in good conscience recommend waiting over three hours like I did. Chashu was absolutely stellar, but the tamago was a letdown and the service and setup didn’t live up to the hype. Not for lack of effort, but it feels like a place overwhelmed by its own popularity. Great bowl—just not worth that wait. Try it if you don't have to wait that much.
